I believe that the most important tool for a therapist is their relationship with their clients. I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance, respect, and compassion, while also maintaining a sense of humor. I believe that it is important to get to know my clients as whole humans in order to help them learn more helpful ways of thinking and coping. I also believe that my clients are the experts on themselves and that they should guide me through our sessions together.

I believe that everyone has incredible resources and abilities within them, even when they feel stuck. It is my goal to help people see those resources and abilities so that they can grow and change. I am blessed and humbled to be a part of that process. If you are looking for a therapist who will truly care about you and your journey, then please contact me. I would be honored to work with you.
